About Samantha Frum
My name is Samantha Frum and I am a licensed mental health counselor and national certified counselor. I specialize in working with adolescents, families and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, impulse control, substance use, relationship issues, behavior problems, unresolved trauma, conflict, anger and stress management.
I help by increasing self-awareness and empower clients as we establish goals to increase healthy coping skills to manage life’s ups and downs and process unresolved difficult thoughts and emotions. I am passionate about changing the stigma of mental health and practicing mind-body wellness through an integrative approach.
In our first few sessions, you can expect an understanding and empathetic environment where we will discuss your mental health history and primary goals for personal growth. My practice is unique because I understand the complex needs for families to resolve conflict, practice healthy communication and reconnect building love and trust.
