About Nancy

Have you ever left a therapy session feeling unchallenged, as if you have merely had a pleasant chat? While safety and empathy are crucial elements of therapy, truly effective interventions involve a healthy dose of challenge. Therapy is a delicate dance between compassion and constructive struggle. I create a safe, supportive environment whilst also gently, but firmly, inviting my clients out of their comfort zones. This balance is crucial for fostering real change and personal development. I encourage clients to examine long-held beliefs that often limit their personal growth.

I work with clients who are struggling in their daily lives, need to make an important decision and/or past experiences hindering their present relationships. Past and recent traumas, family supporting a loved one who is incarcerated, grandparents raising grandchildren, human trafficking victims, death of a loved one, parent/child relationships.

If you are ready to work on identifying the root of your problem, addressing it and working on healthier ways to manage the issue, please contact me today. It won't be easy, I will challenge you and will be direct but, you will learn healthier ways to handle everyday stressors and will learn the reason behind the decisions you have been making recently.
