Creating change on your own can be difficult and intimidating, but through therapeutic support we can work through issues together, bringing positive change and relief that lasts beyond our sessions. We will find coping skills that work for you and help manage daily stressors that impact your quality of life.

I am a bi-lingual pre-licensed professional who has worked with veterans, people with trauma, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. No matter the category you fall into or don't fall into, everyone has individual perspectives and experiences. Together we'll cultivate goals that work for your unique experience, and manage challenges that come along the way.
