As a veteran myself, I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, life transitions, and the unique experiences of veterans. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and integrative methods, I tailor each session to meet your needs—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
