I have facilitated psychoeducational, mental health, and life skills groups for adult clients with substance abuse and co-occurring diagnosis. My experience of 20+ years of public service covers a vast array of modalities such as Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Disruptive Behaviors, Self-Esteem, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.

I combine spiritual complementary methodologies and evidence-based researched techniques with a personalized tailored approach to each client. I enjoy play therapy with children, mindfulness-based interventions, CBT, REBT, and Spiritual Counseling. I believe in creating a safe place that will provoke healing and wellness in the lives of the clients.
