About Ariella Dragonberg

Ariella is a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, bringing a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her practice. She is professionally trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST). While Ariella takes a well-rounded, scientific approach to therapy, she has simultaneously witnessed that the most profound healing often happens when combining these practices with more exploratory methods.

Though she is equipped to conduct 1:1 psychotherapy for all ages, Ariella specializes in working with adolescents, offering after-school and evening group sessions in a safe, fun, and collaborative environment. Using Trauma-Informed Care, she believes in the power of advocacy for the benefit of all–particularly those who identify as LGBTQ or neurodivergent.

Whether through confidence building, creative discovery, challenging societal norms, or guiding spiritual exploration, Ariella’s therapeutic approach focuses on unlocking her clients’ unique potential for holistic well-being and personal growth.
